• Daily Marketing
o Craigslist/Zumper/Zillow
- Renewing properties daily
- Creating new posts to market homes
• This could be based off of a template I create that is a fill in the blank with specific information we provide
o Facebook Marketing
- Possibly start marketing on our AVID FB page and let them have access to the FB
- This also gives us the ability to setup automated responses to push people to the website
- Create new posts
• Again, based off of a template I create
- Can renew the posts for us when available
o Flyers for Info boxes
- They can create flyers for our Info boxes based on a template I create for them
• SlyText/SlyBroadcast
o They can send out a different text/call each week
- Cash outs
• Several different texts created, to go out each week, to remind people of the mortgage process
• Several different calls to go out each week as well
- Past due balances
• Several different texts created, to go out each week, to remind people their past due balances need attention.
o This will free me up to chase the more important balances
• Several calls of the same nature
• Scope of Works
o We can send all Scopes of Work to them to create
- Either save in Dropbox and we send the SOW to Contactors, or they can do both
• Contractor agreements
o We can send all Contractor agreements to them to create
- Save in Dropbox for us to print off
• Background checks
o They can do all preliminary background checks for us before “Sending to Sarah”
- Social Media/LT/Criminal
• Call Landlords/Employers for reference checks of applicants (~30 min per applicant)
• Call List of wholesalers (~3-4 hours)
• Run Eval sheets (~30 mins per eval)
• Taking calls from residents
• Switching utilities into our name for closings
o Send documentation needed for PWSA, WPJWA, etc.
o Pay any security deposits.
o Send Continuation of Service agreements to Electric and Gas companies.
