Job Responsibilities:
Architectural Design - Design Development
+ Build detailed interior architectural construction drawings based on interior designers concepts
+ Build detailed interior architectural construction drawings compliant with building code, ADA regulations, and company standards
+ Knowledge in medical space requirements is a plus
+ Assist with architectural project issues during design management phase
+ Develop material computations and cost evaluations
+ Deliver building permit drawings (as necessary)
+ Develop exterior concept design and drawings (as necessary)
+ Assist design team with non architectural tasks (as necessary)
+ Ensure completion of project deliverables based on project timeline
+ Ensuring compliance with all Federal, State, and local laws, codes, and regulations pertaining to project execution
Project Communication
+ Coordinate with purchasing department for project requirements
+ Coordinate with design team (managers, designers, architects & 3D visualizer) for project requirements
+ Create
+ Conduct research or vendor sourcing
Operations
+ Participate in weekly meetings and scheduled calls (Dream Team Meeting & Internal)
+ Attend to all project management requirements (Daily Huddle)
+ Attend to meeting documentation (Dream Team Meeting Notes)
+ Assist in Internal Projects (as assigned by management team)
+ Fill out timesheets at a daily basis
+ Undergo develop training programs (as assigned by management team)
+ Undergo training for skill development (subject to management approval)
+ Meet performance review requirements
Qualifications:
+ Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Architecture required
+ Architecture license required
+ At Least 4 years experience as an assistant architect
+ Excellent knowledge of the industry and trends impacting the business
+ Excellent customer service orientation and excellent interpersonal skills
+ Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
+ Able to work under minimal supervision and ability to manage multiple projects with a quick turnaround time.
+ Ability to work collaboratively as part of a remote team across multiple time zones and to respond proactively and when required.
+ Excellent attention to detail and problem solving skills.
+ Highly professional, organized and punctual.
+ Hands on person with a positive team attitude.
+ Access to personal computer & high-speed and stable internet
+ Able to work during 3 - 6pm Pacific Standard Time
