GVA, SEO, Content marketing and Social media for a small company.

I am looking for a GVA that is able to do the following tasks.

Skills needed.

*Great written and spoken English
*Format blog posts (h1,h2's, add pictures etc, etc)
*Social media management, increase network, interact and post relevant articles/pictures (Facebook,Twitter,Linkedin Pintrest etc etc)
*SEO skills - at least have knowledge on link building on relevant sites (this includes social bookmarks, directory's outreach to blogs, guest posts etc etc), or be willing to learn.
*Research projects (for example: all the veterinary clinics in a specific area, or researching information for blog posts)



Other skills that would be highly desirable but not required. (please note if you have any)

*Graphic design (websites either .psd or wordpress theme, banners, logos etc etc)
*WordPress development
*Advanced SEO On page and off page SEO, blog networks etc etc.
*Keyword research
*php/html
*Ability to write down directions for when new team members join they will have resources to get them up to speed fast and efficiently.
*Ability to lead a team
*Ability to make sales calls
*Reply to and filer emails

I have 3 websites total,
Veterinary website and marketing services niche
General SEO Service niche
Make money as an expat niche

The veterinary services website will be top priority, the other 2 are if there is some quiet time.

Schedule: this is for full time and when you work is flexible

Reporting: I request that you send me an email (short bullet points) at the end of each day and go over what was done, for example, Done 4 blog posts for vet site, posted on social media, and added 14 more links to the veterinary site today. And any issues you encountered that need my attention.

I would like to get on skype once every two weeks to go over the past two weeks activities and to plan for the next two week.

Education: you will have access to my Udemy account and we will work together to get more course's for your further education.

Pay: Right now the company is just being started so starting pay will be between PHP 8,000 - 9,000 with a review in December.

There is an affiliate program for any team members that bring business directly.

I am looking for a core person that later down the road, if I feel and they feel its a good fit to move up as my company grows.


I am an easy to get along with person, I just ask that work is done on time and if there is going to be a delay let me know.

I am open to suggestions on how to improve the processes, and also if you have any questions or concerns you can always feel safe talking to me. I like to treat the people I work with the same way that I like others to treat me. :)
