Graphic designer: 2d character design, html5, css3, parallax scrolling

We require a graphic and web designer for the further growth of our company. We are interested in someone who is comfortable creating images in the style and design of our mascot and website.

Must have strong html5 and css3 skills, able to utilize parallax scrolling in a creative and simple way to enhance designs.

A confidence in English communication and an ability to bring uncomfortable information to management is a great value!
