Cold Caller for Real Estate Investor

Looking for an experienced outbound cold caller (VA) for a Real Estate Investor/wholesaler.

Requirements:

- At least 2 years of real estate cold calling experience; experienced in calling distressed homeowners to determine if interested in selling their house, getting details of the property and motivation of selling and setting up appointments

- experienced in Mojo (dialer) and Podio (CRM)

- very fluent in English and comfortable making cold calls to prospective sellers

- hard working, honest, result-driven and have can-do attitude

Schedule is 12-6pm EST (Tue-Sat) for $5-$7 per hour (depending on experience) plus $500 bonus per closed deal.
