Requirement
• Excellent English language skills (Verbal and Written) with neutral accent
• A plus if you understand Chinese/Mandarin language (Verbal or Written)
• Fantastic natural sales instinct
• Competent with Microsoft Office applications
• Owns a competent computer/laptop and android mobile phone for work
• Stable and reliable internet connection
• No frequent power outages
• A quiet working environment that is free from distractions or interruptions
• Using a USB Call Centre style headset with Noise Cancellation feature
• Proactively & independently to solve problems and continually looks for answers

Other Matters

We will be communicating via various communication tools. There will be a probation period for one to three months, depending on your qualifications and experience, which is negotiable. After the probation period, you will be entitled to a 13th-month bonus and paid leave. Your work key performance indicator determines the annual performance bonus. For your awareness, you will follow the time zone of the Philippines. During the probation period, your salary is fortnightly base on the monthly salary. Among colleagues, your working hours may be arranged in rotation based on two timings, morning-to-afternoon, and afternoon-to-evening hours over the weekdays. With arrangements on rotational weekend hours so you could still have your weekends. Total of 40 hours workweek. Your further potential salary growth will be based on your productivity, which may be increased during the quarterly review.

Loan

Mainly residential property under a personal name. Ongoing learning opportunity towards other loan types. The primary job scope includes:
• Contact incoming leads, via WhatsApp (business phone) primarily.
• Generate loan report with our system by input details from clients
• Draft a summary and recommend options for clients, with templates.
• Coordinate with respective bankers to process the loan application
• Arrange appointments with clients and bankers
• Contact existing clients when their loan lock-in period is nearing
• Manage the clients and update the processes via various CRM systems.?

Insurance / Investment

The primary job scope includes:
• Prepare required documentation for the client's application, available in various systems.
• Contact clients via WhatsApp (business phone) primarily for a reminder and follow up.
• Engage clients via WhatsApp (business phone) primarily, for making an appointment.
• Prepare a proposal to clients, with the template.
• Assisting clients in their insurance claim
• Contact insurers to get a quotation and recommend to clients
• Manage the clients and update the processes via various CRM ---------- ndidates who have shown capability and knowledge may be groomed towards management roles or specialist roles in the respective business segment.
