Back End Developer

We have a group of Canadian-based businesses involved in eCommerce and print-on-demand product fulfillment. We supply print-on-demand products directly from the source in China and the USA to our clients all over the world. We are a young, dynamic, and fast-growing company with teammates in various countries around the world.


We are currently building complex systems to help us scale our businesses. Our 2 main systems at the ---------- nt are our own eCommerce platform and fulfillment app to manage new products and orders.

Our goal is to leverage code as much as possible to scale and operate our business daily activities. The long-term vision is to have one dashboard, one “mother” database where almost everything can be handled by code by one system in one dashboard.

We are looking to grow our software development team. We want to build long-term relationships with our members and work together on our goals for many years to come. We are big believers in the power of compounding over time which is why we just want to work with members that have the same intentions.

Requirements:

Extremely Reliable
Experienced working with systems that handled 1000 concurrent users or more
Experienced with eCommerce stores core foundation (products, checkout, analytics, etc.)
Experienced working with complex systems and understand well cause & effect
Experienced with PHP and JS
Understand the importance of UI and UX with basic HTML/CSS knowledge
Familiar with Git versioning
Flexible with schedule (weekends & nights when needed)
Available to work full time
Desire to work with a team for many years
Good attitude / good vibes
Enjoy working in a fast-paced & dynamic organization
