Shopify Customer Service and Admin Specialist - 10117

We're looking for a Virtual Assistant to work with us on a long term basis to work on the following:

- Answering support questions on our Facebook page live chat, and on email
- Helping customers with placing orders if required
- Communications with our fulfillment to check on orders, updating customers on their delivery
- Checking and updating of orders on our platform
- Sourcing of product images and Uploading of product info onto our website (Training will be provided)
- Posting regularly on our Facebook page
- Any other admin duties as required by management

All communication will be in English.
Applicants will need to be willing to work at night - from 7pm to 4am (6 days a week, Sat Off. 1hr (including 2 x 0.5hr break))

You will need to possess the following:
- A good command of the English language (spoken and written)
- A keen eye for detail and comfortable working with some data
- An ability to learn fast and a hunger to grow and progress with the company
- Communicative nature, able to response fast to emails and live messages while on duty
- Basic knowledge of Excel, Microsoft Word, Google Sheets and Google Docs
- Some experience with Shopify platform and Photoshop will be a plus but not essential
- Teamwork oriented - We are a small but dynamic team, our culture thrives on being close knitted as a virtual family.

We will provide all the necessary training that you will require to accomplish your tasks. We will work together especially at the ---------- munication is key to this role, so you are expected to be responsive when you are on duty. Payment: We will pay you US$480/mth, the work hours will be from 7pm to 4am (6 days a week, Sat Off. 1hr (2 x 0.5hr breaks in between)). Subject to change based on management requirement.

If you show that are good, additional bonuses will be possible.

Duration: We are looking for someone long term and full time.
