JOB OVERVIEW

Documate is looking for a Customer Service Representative to help with general inquiries over email, live chat, and phone.

We make it easy for non-technical experts to build web apps that automate documents, without using any code. We believe you can combine powerful technology with software that you love to use. And we’re having fun building it! Companies around the world use Documate to build the backbone for internal efficiency tools, publicly facing legal aid apps, and full-fledged tech companies.

We're looking for a motivated Customer Service Representative with excellent English skills and some basic background in Python to join our team.

YOUR ROLE:
• Answer general inquiries by phone, email, and live chat
• Debug customer documents, which use Jinja2 syntax (knowledge of this syntax is not required and can be learned on the job)
• Any background in programming, especially Python, is a huge plus!
