We are looking for experienced person(s) to add and manage products to our eCommerce websites. We will provide you a detailed manual of how to add these products. You will have a flexible schedule, but will be a part of a team and will report regularly to your manager.
We currently have part-time and full-time positions available.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Take descriptions and images from our vendors' websites and input them into our Akeneo PIM system.
- If any information is missing, search for it on other websites.
- Edit images using Photoshop or other graphic software which will allow you to work with images (cropping, re-sizing, etc.)
- Be signed into Slack while working
- Other related Data Entry tasks
- 8 Hour shifts will be between 6 AM - 12 AM – Austin, Texas (US CST)
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- You have done complicated data entry
- You can communicate in fluent written English and, when needed, are able to write a few sentences to describe something on our website to a customer.
- You can edit images using Photoshop or other graphic software.
- You have a fast and stable internet connection and are able to be on Slack while you work.
- You are able to open and edit MS Excel documents quickly.
- You are able to open PDF files.
- Fluent in English (Written/Oral)
- Strong Internet Connection
- Strong attention to detail.
- Experience in the furniture industry a plus
- Akeneo knowledge a plus
- Magento 2 knowledge a plus
