Influencer communication and Customer Service Specialist

We are a U.S. based company that loves natural, sustainable, open-ended toys that facilitate brain growth and mindfulness.

The ideal candidate would be a mom who enjoys communicating with people, meeting the target, and providing customer support with a fun demeanor.

Main responsibilities
1. Identify, communicate with the influencers to create partnerships and barter deals
2. Grow the IG accounts and social media exposure
3. Provide customer support to fellow moms or crafters
4. Create fun and engaging IG posts/FB posts

Potential responsibilities (Depending on your skills and interests)
- Provide amazing customer support
- Make appointments with U.S.-based vendors
- Research
- Datamining
- Bookkeeping

Requirements -
1. Great at initiating communication and reach the goals
2. Comfortable with making connections online or setting up appointments over the call.
3. Excellent written English skills are a must.

Others -
Bi-weekly Pay
Pay is based on the result.
Hourly pay for other admin tasks
Monthly Bonus and Year-end Bonus for great performance

More tasks/working hours are available if mutually beneficial
