JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a full-time FEMALE virtual assistant in a women-run company who is experienced in email customer service with EXCELLENT English writing skills and superb attention to detail. Excellent English skills with amazing grammar is an absolute must. Marketing and social media management skills a plus but not required. We’re looking for a superstar overachiever. There is always room to grow in this position, and bonuses for excellent work performance. Hours are flexible but there is a lot of work to do always, and it is a demanding position as we have high expectations of our team members.

Required Skillsets:
- Excellent English communication skills (especially written). At near perfect or perfect ---------- grammar mistakes is extremely important to us!
- MUST have had prior customer service experience in answering emails/chats
- MUST have stable internet connection, a smartphone, a backup internet, and be able to communicate in real time
- Fast typer: Let us know how many WPM you ---------- te: Do not proceed further if you type less than 50 words per minute.
- Organized and Efficient
- Must pay attention to detail and understand the steps
- Must be able to problem solve and think outside the box instead of only waiting for instruction
-Marketing/social media management knowledge a plus
- Honesty, integrity, openness to feedback, teamwork mentality is a MUST for this position.

Job Responsibilities:
- Answer customer service emails daily
- Email management
- Data entry
- Manage affiliates, partners, brand ambassadors and etc.
- Administrative tasks

This is a full-time position (40 hours a week), but we are flexible with actual working times and hours. We care more about progress and productivity, than clocking in and out. Although hours are flexible, we require all assigned customer service emails to be answered within 24 hours each day.You will be required to work on weekends (about 2-4 hours a day on Saturday and Sunday). Hours are flexible, therefore you have the opportunity of working daytime your time! **PLEASE NOTE FIRST TWO MONTHS ARE PROBATION PERIOD ONLY AT $400. ONCE PROBATION PERIOD IS PASSED AFTER 2 MONTHS, SALARY WILL INCREASE**
