PHP, mysql, laravel , linux

Must be proficient in PHP, MUST BE PROFICIENT IN PHP, we do not need implementer, we need a programmer, must be proficient in mysql/Mariadb, laravel and basic linux environment.
Job will be: creating, modifying, updating to current standards and requirements GUI interfaces for multiple projects.
Knowledge of voip, asterisk opensips is a plus, but not ---------- O and B+ English would be nice ---------- oadband internet access capable of supporting voip call, no GSM type connection
