TEAM: OPERATIONS
MVP Mailhouse dedicates small teams to manage each customer’s campaign. Each team has the resources to produce high quality designs that are targeted to the best neighborhoods for each customer. After a campaign is delivered, the team works together to analyze the results and make adjustments to subsequent campaigns.
Operational teams are responsible to make sure that each customer achieves the best possible marketing results and has a delightful experience along the way.
POSITION: DATA ADMINISTRATOR
MVP Mailhouse is looking to hire a Data Administrator to support the Marketing, Sales, Finance and Operations divisions by providing key data to ensure that our customer, product, inventory, and vendor information is accurate, complete and current. Utilizing investigative, organizational and analytical skills, the Data Administrator implements and executes data mining projects and creates reports to provide insights into sales, marketing and other opportunities and trends.
The Data Administrator will also be responsible for inputting and updating information to our database and website.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
>> Performing data analysis, forecasting, market assessments and other research activities that guide decision making. Extract, manipulate, and report data to meet management requests
>> Entering all new products and vendors into our system
>> Running queries to analyze and cleanse data. Identify obsolete inventory, inactive customers and inconsistent data
>> Coordinating and updating pricing
>> Adding products, copy and photographs to our website
>> Managing and maintaining our database of Certificates of Analysis and MSDS
REQUIREMENTS:
>> Demonstrated knowledge of and skill in adaptability, decision making, customer service, interpersonal relations, oral communication, problem solving, project management, quality management, teamwork, written communication, group presentations, group process facilitation, influence, results orientation, strategic thinking, and team building
>> Knowledge of SQL Base and HTML Code
>> Proficiency in statistics, data analysis, and research methods
>> Must be skilled in word processing, spreadsheet, and database PC applications; particularly an expert or highly proficient in excel and related spreadsheets
>> Process oriented with great documentation skills
>> Excellent presentation, collaboration, and verbal and written communication skills; able to speak the IT language
DETAILS:
Status: Full-time (~40 hrs per week
Work hours: US business hours (PH night shift)
Location: Virtual team (work from home)
