Job Title: Website split testing/conversion expert

Job Summary:
We are looking for a web developer who has expertise in website split testing and conversion.
The ideal candidate should have extensive experience with split testing and helping businesses increase their website conversion rate. They should also be able to communicate clearly, work on tight deadlines, and have experience conducting multiple experiments at once. Experience with multi-variate testing is a plus.
We are looking for someone who has experience setting up experiments in Google optimize or another similar tool.

Speak More Clearly is an online business teaching accent reduction and English pronunciation. We have online courses as well as one on one coaching.

We are looking to start on a per project basis with the option to turn into a part time or full time role.

Key Responsibilities:
- Web design/development
- Setting up split test or multi-variate test experiments
Creates Bpage, Cpage etc versions of our existing sales pages on our website
Edits/updates existing pages on our website
Edit and create pages in Ontraport (ontrapages) when needed as part of our split testing eg optin forms, order forms, thank you pages etc
Advise on split test ideas based on your experience with increasing website conversion rate
Set up new plugins when needed
Set up API’s and integrations directly or via zapier if needed
Sets up tracking for split test experiments


Reports to: CEO/Lee’at


Qualifications:
Education: college or tertiary
Work Experience: 5 years + web development skills (with at least 1 year of split testing/website conversion experience)
Work Requirements: Per project basis for now but role could expand later on

Good at working efficiently and with deadlines
Takes initiative and can suggest ideas for increased conversion
Willing to learn new skills (if necessary) and a positive attitude for taking on new tasks/challenges

Good written English skills

Wordpress
Ontraport
Google analytics
Google optimize (for split testing)
Google tag manager
