- Responsible for monitoring product food safety and quality throughout the manufacturing process.
- Check production hygiene and sanitation.
- Ensures employees are following all Food Safety and worker safety practices.
- Check standard temperature of chiller and freezers.
- Check chlorine level of basins (hand dip, product dip, tool dip, footbath).
- Check quality and receive delivery of raw materials perishable, semi-perishable and non perishable.
- Conduct Self- Audit of Commissary GMP.
- Investigate on product return incident (if there's a report).
- Check product sample (if there's a sample).
- Update daily raw materials monitoring record.
- Perform all other related functions that may be assigned from time to time.
