Pro Content Manager Needed for Link Building Agency

I am looking for a content manager/editor for my link building agency - ----------

We work with a range of clients - B2B software companies, eCommerce clients, finance companies, etc - so we have a wide range of content types, therefore work with a wide range of writers and writing agencies.

Because of this, we have a lot of content to handle, check for quality, make minor errors (or send them back to writers for revisions) - and it's a bit too much for me and my project manager to handle. You may be working alongside another content manager, so communication is key here.

( i have attached an image which is a small snapshot of what our spreadsheet looks like for this. You would take over on this management, but if you have suggestions of a better way of managing this, I am open to ideas.)

So, we are looking for someone:
- that has a high standard of English.
- very meticulous and good attention to detail - this is crucial as we do produce content for high-end publications and the content needs to be spot-on.
- is looking for long term work and can commit to our agency (we may start part-time but could eventually go full-time as we are expanding over time.)
- Good at working as part of a team (since there are 10+ team members and you will need to communicate with me, the Project Managers and other colleagues to keep them up to date all the time.)
- You need to have experience of being a content editor or proofreader but we do provide some training to show you how we do things.
- You need to be active, quick to react to people that need orders - delays on your side, impacts the team's progress.
- Above all else - being friendly, willing to work hard and would like to fit in as part of a close-knit team of link building rockstars!
