Real Estate Marketing/Sales/Operations Assistant

We are seeking a part time virtual market, sales, and operations assistant that will report to the CEO. This position could move to full time in the future. We are looking for someone for 4 hours a day, monday through friday.

What You’ll Do:
Marketing/Sales
Create posts to advertise our room availability through our many marketing channels including facebook, craigslist, roomi, spareroom, zillow, zumper, etc
Communicating with tenant leads through google voice, whatsapp, email, and 3rd party platforms
Keeping track of potential tenant prospects through our CRM platform
Outreach marketing through Email

Administration
Utility recording and posting
Drafting and emailing out leases and renewals
Updating Cozy on new and renewal leases
Checking Cozy to make sure everyone paid rent.


Email tenants late rent notice
Receipt management. Saving receipts in folders
Coordinating apartment showings and cleaning services
Send out welcome email
Coordinate maintenance requests
Coordinate cleaning between cleaning professional and current tenants
Coordinate move out process
Data entry into our CRM platform

Requirements:
Strong Verbal and Written Communication in english. C2 or above only
Quiet, Dedicated Workspace (You’ll need a workspace with a reliable internet connection)
Laptop and smartphone

Strong Attention to Detail
Problem Solver
Adaptable (Things can change fast and often in a startup environment, you’ll need to be able to adapt to those changes and continue perform)

Through strategic partnerships with residential landlords, Weave operates a network of furnished apartments in Class A locations throughout the city. Weave was founded in September 2017 and operates a portfolio of 50 bedrooms.
