Requirements
- Should have at least 1-2 years proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist, Recruiter or similar role will be advantageous.
- Working experience in the Solar industry and knowledge in using CRM (Go High Level) is a plus.
- Have top-notch verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
- Outstanding listening skills and attention to detail.

You will be calling warm leads that come through one of our lead generation funnels. These leads are looking to apply as a Solar Representative to one of our clients.
