We are looking for a true go-getter who can help us manage social media accounts ( women's fashion and digital marketing, ecommerce based accounts). You will be working closely with Creative Director, planning, scheduling and strategising efforts to grow brands online. You will have a good understanding of ecommerce and have experience working with start up businesses.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop creative and engaging social media strategies and content that align with audiences and encourage engagement.
• Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily (e.g. original text, photos, videos, and news)
• Communicate with followers (1.80 strategy), respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews
• Oversee social media accounts’ design (e.g. Facebook ---------- cover, profile pictures, and blog layout)
• Knowledge and understanding of facebook paid ads in order to align content to match with new releases/restock/new ad campaigns.
• Sound understanding of Instagram, reels, tiktok and able to assist with generating video content that will reach new accounts
• Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences
• Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions
• Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools, and applications


Essential:

• Must have worked with fashion/ecommerce brands
• Able to demonstrate previous successful work with women's fashion brand
• Must have reliable high-speed internet connection
• Must understand and know how to use Later scheduling app
- Accuracy and attention to detail (essential)
• Must be reliable, a fast-learner, hardworking and HONEST (Important)
• Must communicate regularly regarding tasks done, and progress of work
• Must be willing to work reliably even under minimum supervision
• Must not be employed elsewhere


Not essential, but highly desirable:

- Knowledge and experience using Adobe suites or canva for quick tasks.
- Video Editing skills
- Knowledge & Understanding of Shopify ecommerce platform
- Klaviyo email marketing platform
- Google drive/ Google spreadsheet / Google word
- Fashion experience is preferred but not essential
