Virtual Assistant

Hi, my company is looking for a full time virtual assistant with the requirements below.
You will be given simple job related to data entry, social media management and data research.
1)Able to speak and read english properly
2)Hardworking
3)Fast with typing
4)Looking for a full time worker- Work from 8 to 10 hours per day for 20 days a month (Monday to Friday)

Please note that the pay will be SGD(SINGAPORE) 50 to 100 per month based on experience and qualification. You will be given a trial to do to test your knowledge. If you can do it properly then we will conduct interview. This trial is given to test your basic understanding skills and patience as we need a smart, motivated and kind virtual assistant as we plan to hire for a long time. All you need to do is see the video and just do one link given in the instructions document. We are hiring only 2 virtual assistants and currently 1 position is taken already. We will increase the pay as we get more clients thus it is not fixed at sgd 50 -100 per month. We will give a base salary and pay commissions for each client attained. We will pay sgd 50 for the first 2 months to see your performance then increase to sgd 100 if you perform well.
We are small startup thus we have limited funds now thus hope you understand our concern. We can promise that payment will be prompt and instructions given will be clear as we want a long term relationship.
