Crystal Tec based on Australia is looking for a System & Network Administrator. We are providing IT Managed Services to SMEs, Hotels, etc in Australia. We provide IT system & network management, business solutions and consultants. Working relationships with our customers are the key to our success.

Essential Criteria
Excellent communication skills & Proven customer service skills
Windows Sever 2012, 2016 & 2019 and Mac Skills (has experience and knowledge in supporting MAC devices and server)
Microsoft 365, Exchange Server and Remote desktop services
Installing, configuring and troubleshooting a variety of desktop and server software (e.g. Microsoft Office)
Experience supporting Windows desktop and server operating systems
Good troubleshooting skills
Ability to working in a team
Ability to prioritise workloads
Support our clients in a professional & timely manner

Desirable Criteria
Oracle / Opera / SQL Experiences
Setting up and maintaining backup software/hardware
CCNA, VMWARE, Microsoft Certifications, Citrix
Knowledge of Mac and Mac Server
Experience supporting MYOB & Quickbook
Proven experience producing documentation of IT systems
Experience working in a team with a tiered support structure
Experience with VOIP and PABX systems
Security Management & Sharepoint
Managing customer relationships
Hotel Systems
