Real Estate Sales/Marketing Assistant

Looking for a friendly VA with excellent English skills to assist with connecting with realtors and clients for an innovative Real Estate and Property Management company in California. Prefer for someone to work 6-8 hours per day 5-6 days per week as desired mostly during PST business hours but also open to part-time for the right fit. We would love to find someone with confidence who can take ownership of their position and help us to find new and better ways of doing things. We value an employee who is not afraid to share new ideas and communicate openly with the team about things that are working and not working well. The main role will be to make relationships/networks using our social media accounts and to assist with recruiting of realtors to be referring partners. Other tasks include data entry, organizing marketing materials, real estate admin work filing documents in our online system and helping onboard new clients.

Hashtag research


Required Skills:
Excellent English written and verbal is the most important requirement
Must be comfortable talking to partners and clients on the phone
Excellent interpersonal skills
Sales or marketing skills preferred but not required
Willing to do some admin work, filing and using docusign (we can teach this)
Real Estate Knowledge or Experience is a bonus but not required
Copy writing experience is a bonus but not required


Requirements
*Laptop/desktop with at least 4 GB RAM and i3 processor
*Stable internet connection of at least 3 MBPS
*Backup workstation (preferred)
*USB noise-canceling headset

Compensation
Can vary depending on experience
