Digital marketing

I am starting a digital marketing agency, I am looking for a team member that will work hand in hand with me while starting my agency. My ideal candidate would be someone that is excellent in creating Ads on all social media platforms and has a smart/creative eye for executing successful campaigns for our clients, After campaigns have been launched, you will extract and analyze data across multiple channels. I would also like someone that would be responsible for growing revenue and getting more traffic for our client's business. My digital marketing agency is not your typical digital marketing agency, I'm looking for creatives that think outside the box when it comes to marketing and having a degree is not on my top priority, if you do your welcome of course but I believe in experience, passion and being confident in your work, so if your up for the challenge apply for this position and together lets make this agency the best one yet!


Responsibilities

Clearly understand and implement digital marketing campaigns which fit client needs
Must be highly experienced in all aspects of social media, Digital & general marketing, online posting & advertising / Google, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Email ADS.
must be creative and be able to work as a part of a team.
Creative graphic design knowledge.
Must be fully proficient in english - verbal and written (Arabic an advantage)
Handle all campaigns related to the Digital marketing Process.
Knowledge of keyword research
Stay up to date with the latest social media marketing best practices
Must be passionate about digital marketing and has love & drive for the platform
Track and analyze SEO in order to provide effective solutions for content optimization
Plan and execute all digital marketing plan, in order to increase our client's brand awareness, Bring more traffic and increase sales.

Qualifications

1 to 2 years of relevant experience in social media marketing &advertising (preferred)
Be really passionate about social media marketing
have a creative eye for creating excellent marketing campaigns
Good at communication
Copes well under pressure
