Customer Service Representative (Full-Time)

About Us:
We’re an events based company that offers fun experiences to large groups for birthday parties, corporate events & bachelor/bachelorette parties. We’re an easy going group that’s expanding across Canada and need the assistance of a Part-time Customer Service representative.

We are looking for focused and detail oriented individuals who are looking for full work from the convenience of their home.

No post-secondary, degree or diploma required.

Role Description:
- Previous experience is required
- Full Training is provided (paid training)
- Must have excellent customer service & communication skills
- Must be reliable and enthusiastic.
- Must be detailed oriented
- No selling required
- Strong preference to those who can type fast & are great multi-taskers
- Strong preference to those with call-center experience

- Full-Time hours
Occasional weekend work (3-5 hours)
- There is no sales involved. You will simply be booking appointments and answering questions
- We will provide a knowledgebase of questions to be familiar with
- You will contact customers to schedule bookings via email & phone
- All you need is a phone and your enthusiastic voice
- We need someone that’s upbeat, well-spoken and energetic
