Experienced Copywriter

We’re currently looking for a FULL TIME (30hrs+) remote in-house copywriter to join our email marketing agency.

You’ll be required to come up with the copy required for a handful of eCommerce clients, on a monthly basis for new campaigns, as well as automated flows.

You can expect to work with 6-8 clients at any given time, where we have most clients requiring 8 emails per month, and then new clients will require around 20 emails in the first month as these will mainly compromise automated flow emails.

Expect anywhere from 60-100 emails per month to be written.

The structure of these emails are graphic-based that includes subject lines, preview lines, headers, preheaders, body copy, and CTA’s.

A proven framework and training on how to craft these types of emails will be provided if you’re not already familiar with how they need to be written.

You’ll be working with an account manager and a designer to come up with content ideas for campaigns and then executing your ideas with fire copy.

You will need to optimize copy (language, tone, message) for each client and audience based on their overall goals.

Being an English native with superb writing ability is essential, as well as being respectful of deadlines and communicating on Slack during working hours 9-5 pm UK ---------- ’s also important to be flexible enough stylistically to adjust to different brand voices, and possess excellent writing, editing & proofreading skills — meticulous attention to detail and focus is a must.

90% of your communication will be with the Account Managers handling your projects. You’ll be expected to be on one client kickoff call at the beginning of each project — that call is your opportunity to ask questions and figure out clients’ desired messaging tone.
