JOB OVERVIEW

Responsibilities:

- Provide excellent customer satisfaction and experience
- Meet and exceed client mandated KPI's (Key Performance Indicators)
- Provide feedback to management concerning possible problems or areas of improvement
- Participate in training to improve work performance
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.

Qualifications:

• BS/BA not required
• 3+ years of CSR or TSR experience
• Strong end-to-end world class customer service
• Excellent English communication skills
• Exceptional level of drive and passion for results
• Must be a team player
• Must have a ready to use personal computer
• Must have a strong internet connection at home (at least 15mbps)
• Must be amenable with work from home set up and be open to work in office set up once community quarantine is lifted
• Must be amenable to work in graveyard shift
