Email Marketing Specialist

Responsibilities

Responsible for the execution of email marketing campaigns including development, setup, targeting and testing to deployment and data monitoring. Implement personalization and segmentation of emails, scaling emails across many markets/races
Analyze email campaign performance, providing recommendations to improve the effectiveness of campaigns and adjusting the email marketing plan
Ensure emails follow industry policies and best practices
Ensure design and layouts of emails are optimized, user and mobile-friendly
Proofread emails for clarity, grammar, and spelling
Requirements

Must have experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud/Exact Target or similar email service provider
1+ year of email marketing work experience
Hands-on experience with HTML/CSS and content management systems
Ability to report on metrics and alter plans where needed
Strong project management skills
An ability to work under tight deadlines
Degree in Marketing or relevant field
