Admin Assist with Social Media Management and Transcription

Our client is an entrepreneurial sales manager who works for a number of different businesses on a daily basis. His role is to build repeatable, scalable, measurable sales processes for technology firms.

For some clients he is selling directly and through channels, others he is designing the “Go to Market” and execution of the plan. All of which makes for a challenging and constantly changing environment.

This is a fast paced role and needs someone who can think on their feet! You will manage his email and calendars in different company’s ---------- nd tailored well structured emails to prospective clients on his behalf. Enter data and ensure CRM’s are up to date and well maintained. Assist in the design of marketing messages and campaigns.

This role is Australian AEST timezone with a 8am start (6am Philippine time)
It is Part time - 4 hours a day, Monday to Friday, 20 hours a week.
To apply, you must be able to totally focus on this client for the 4 hours without distractions.

Familiarity of Calendly, Canva, Trello, Microsoft Excel, Google Docs, DropBox, G-Mail, G-Suite, Google Calendars, Calendly, Zoom, Skype, WhatsApp, Hootsuite, Facebook, ---------- and Twitter

REQUIREMENTS:
***Must Have
Experience in transcription with high quality output
Experience in Social Media management
Extreme familiarity of Trello Board Management
Extreme familiarity of Hootsuite
Punctuality and accountability is a absolute requirement
Must be highly proficient in English (exceptional in comprehension and writing emails)
You must be good in Time Management.
You must be organized.
You must be a good listener and good attention to detail.
You will need to have strong English both written and verbal, and be personable with people.
If you can do work that’s creative such as: graphic design, Canva, Photoshop, design .pdf forms, make Facebook Ad, LinkedIn Ads, flyers and brochures. This would be a real bonus.
