Outbound Calls: Appointment Scheduler – Specialty Finance

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Excellent communication skills both oral and written.
• You will be calling and working leads in our CRM
• No hard selling, but must be able to handle objections
• Working day in line with EST MST CST PST Time zones
• Will be calling US customers
• Research contact information and social media accounts of prospect leads
• Attention to detail

The Job Requires:
• High-speed internet connection (at least 3MBPS)
• Have reliable computer hardware and software
• USB headset with noise-canceling mic
