Do you love connecting with people through social media? Are you a values-driven, customer-focused social media specialist with a passion for creating engagement and viral content? We’re looking for a Social Media and Content Strategist with a passion for engaging, connecting, and creating innovative social media campaigns.

This role is the perfect fit for someone who loves to strategise and develop social media campaigns to increase brand awareness. You will help to drive traffic to our free offers, paid products, launch content, and help to boost sales.

This position is more than just posting on social media pages. We’re looking for someone to engage with our community, be a strategic thinker for our launches and campaigns, and stay aware of social media marketing trends. You will dive into the metrics to help improve our launches and own the success of our social media channels.

The hours can vary. During launch times, you can expect 20 hours/week, but possibly 10-15 during “non-promo” times. In addition, since this is a temporary role, hours can vary as permanent person phases in and out during their leave.
During our launch periods, we expect additional availability and possibly some evenings/ weekends as needed. We will do our best to get you what you need ahead of time, but during launches, it’s important that you can be flexible. Very important to note that this is a check-in everyday type role, not something that is scheduled in advance and runs automatically.

What you’ll be responsible for -- as our Social Media Strategist:

Manage, create and publish original, high-quality content on our social media platforms,??Facebook group and Instagram (including IG Stories), and to a lesser extent  ---------- fine the brands’ social media voice and to ensure all content is on-brand and consistent (style, quality, tone of voice, no typos).
Reshare other popular memes/ gifs to increase the reach and popularity of our page and stories.
Review CEO’s coaching videos or workbooks to select the nuggets of wisdom that will work out of context and resonate with our audience -- can be used in video clips, quotes, tips, or memes. (Can be used for content and social media.)
Add hashtags to relevant Instagram posts and stories (as posting).
Make sure posts are optimized for search and user experience in all channels.
Manage??Facebook page and??Facebook groups to support our  ---------- velop and implement a social media strategy to increase traffic, brand awareness, and engagement, including in our??Facebook  ---------- sign creative, eye-catching graphics for social media posts. (We have some templates you can use/start with.)
Stay up-to-date with Instagram &??Facebook Group best practices and  ---------- velop and implement social media strategies for product launches.
Keep tracking reports updated on social media  ---------- ing creative ideas to the table on how to improve KPIs.
Making recommendations for future campaigns based on results.

This is a part time role, to begin with around 20 hours a week are required, during our launch periods you may be required for additional support.
