JOB OVERVIEW

You will be answering the phones and acting as an Expediter. Your goal is to understand the support issue then document it in our Help Desk (Zendesk) and schedule it up in ACT or transition it to a tech. You may be doing to some "lite" tech work like downloading & installing software.
