The job will entail performing the following tasks through the day:

2. Processed chargeback claims and ensure that all chargeback activities are handled in accordance with regulatory requirements
3. Perform research on other companies online and then compile the information in google sheets
The assistant should have the following qualities:
1. Proficient in English
2. Fast typing skills
3. Must have access to a laptop and high-speed internet with back-up during power outage
4. Must have previous customer service experience including replying
5. Experience with Shopify and AMAZON is a MUST
6. Experience with Chargebacks both in Shopify and Paypal is a MUST
7. Experience with Social media management is a MUST (FB and Instagram)
8. Proficient in researching and filing DMCA complains to other companies who are selling our products
