Telemarketing Real Estate | Salary Php 25,000 to 100,000

WHO ARE WE:
We are a UK-based Real Estate Company. We deal with properties in UK and UAE.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
We are looking for someone Energetic, Goal-driven and committed to join our growing team with the following qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years experience in telesales
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team remotely
- Has own computer and good internet connectivity
- Excellent organizational skills
- Superb communication skills
- Creative problem solver and highly adaptable to client needs
- Could speak in clear English with no accent
- Organized and detail-oriented

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead generation and cold calling
- Calling and setting up appointments and meetings with prospective clients
- Calendar management
- Creating basic reports (daily and weekly reports, template already there)
- Manage and update contact lists

WORK HOURS:
- 40 hours/week
- Minimum 8 hours a day

INCENTIVES:
- If targets hit within 2 months, basic salary increase to Php 60,000/month
- If target is averaged over 6 months, salary increase to Php 100,000/month
