Graphic Designer

We are a jewelry brand that is looking for a full-time, permanent multimedia designer to produce a range of designs/videos/ads to meet our e-commerce campaigns. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious designer to apply their skills to a range of platforms and have a real impact within a young and growing jewelry business. 80% of our audience are from the USA, 20% are from the EU and the rest of the world.

• Full-time, long-term position
• Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm (Philippines Time)

Job Description:
• Create ads, website banners, landing pages, sales pages, social media posts and mailing lists
• Ideate and produce different ad creatives on a monthly basis
• Ability to produce original, visually appealing coupled with good copywriting ads that convert to sales leads
• Design email marketing campaigns
• Carry out product photography (jewelry photoshoot) if needed
• Able to take ownership of his/her own work, track KPIs and provide improvement plan
• Other ad hoc duties as assigned

Qualifications:
• Excellent graphics and video-editing skills
• Experience with creating content for paid ads is a plus
• Product photography skill is a plus
• Photo manipulation skill is a plus
• Can work with minimal direction and supervision
• Have an eye for good design
• Problem solver, self-starter, can handle feedback well
• Can make revisions on designs with one-day turnaround time
• At least 2 years of experience in multimedia design
