HR executive Assistant

Position: TEAM MANAGER (Home-based)
Required hours a week: 40 hrs
Rate: $3.5- $4.50 usd per hour

Job Purpose:

Manages executives email and ---------- municates with team to ensure tasks are getting ---------- municates company & client goals, safety practices & compliance, and deadlines to the team. Motivates team members and assesses performance. Helps prepare end of month reports. Provides help to management, including hiring and training, and keeps management updated on team ---------- municates concerns and policies among management and team ---------- municate with the clients.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

Supports team members and performs management duties
Provides encouragement to team members, including communicating team goals and identifying areas for improvement
Assists management with hiring processes ( and new team member training & onboarding
Answers team member questions, helps with team member problems, and work for quality and guideline compliance
Develops strategies to promote team member adherence to company regulations and performance goals.
Conducts one on one coaching sessions & live calls side by side listening
Generates and shares comprehensive and detailed weekly reports about team performance, mission-related objectives, and deadlines
Provides quality client care service, including client communication and regular satisfactory check ins', answering inquiries & concerns.
Other tasks as needed
Develop Training Programs for each department

Skills and Qualifications:
Team Leadership Experience is a must, hr experience is a must. Must have perfect written English and be very organized.
