JOB OVERVIEW

Hi there! We’re a growing e-commerce brand that sells patented women’s health products. Our brand persona is open-minded, warm, straight-forward, knowledgeable, inclusive, and light-hearted (think Chrissy Teigen).

We’re hiring a Marketing and Customer Experience Coordinator to coordinate our social media, digital marketing, and customer service efforts.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Social Media
* Source social media imagery and content based on our brand guidelines
* Write captions that drive confidence in our brand and traffic to our site
* Optimize posts for various platforms, including Facebook, Instagram/Stories, LinkedIn, and Twitter
* Engage with our social community

Other Marketing
* Manage weekly/bimonthly email marketing campaigns in Klaviyo
* Search for online content relevant to our brand and engage with it
* Research micro-influencers and conduct outreach using templates
* Create, maintain, and optimize PPC/digital advertising campaigns, including on Facebook and Google (not essential for this role)
* A/B test ad creatives, copy etc. to improve key performance metrics of ad campaigns (not essential for this role)

Customer Service
* Respond to customer service inquiries, primarily using templates of FAQs
* Work with team and outside vendors to resolve customer issues
* Monitor, track, and report on feedback and online reviews

Overall
* Create graphics in Canva or a similar platform
* Monitor metrics and report on analytics
* Maintain and communicate a consistent brand image across different channels
* Be patient and kind when interacting with customers and social media followers

REQUIREMENTS

* Fluent in English, with excellent communication skills
* Experience creating and managing social media content for a business
* True passion for social media
* Strong attention to detail
* Ability to work independently while meeting deadlines
* Experience with task management software (we use Clickup)
* Experience with G Suite
* Reliable and fast internet connection (10 Mbps minimum)
* Comfortable discussing women’s health

NICE TO HAVE (BUT NOT REQUIRED)

* Video creation and editing experience
* Ability to create content for TikTok
* Experience managing ---------- campaigns on Facebook and Google
* Knowledge of SEO
* Experience in women’s health, e-commerce, and/or fashion industries
* Fun and upbeat personality
