We are looking for a medical back office support team member to answer the phones and maintain our electronic medical records. You will need to answer questions and schedule visits for the family members of our 16 bed assisted living facility
Required Skills & Experience:
*Requires an energetic, flexible, and eager individual with excellent customer service skills. Have good English skills to set appointments, call doctors and pharmacies.
*Demonstrates excellent oral and written communication abilities.
*Act as a guardian of high-quality medical data and has concrete knowledge of federal guidelines for the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) and other privacy standards.
*Ability to establish and maintain an effective working relationship with the care team and resident families
*Understanding of basic healthcare processes and electronic medical records (EMR)
*Ability to manage project tasks and timelines in a fast-paced environment
.
*Has reliable internet and power supply.
*Demonstrate strong organizational skills.
*Know how to work independently and have a good sense of decision-making.
*Can pick up the phone and work on Arizona time day shift (night shift).
