Appointment Setter ( Home based )

We are in need of of additional phone and chat support to join our growing team. We are looking to hire someone who is flexible and able to do chat support, callbacks and receive few incoming calls.

Requirements:
1-Good working headset
2-No background noises
3-DSL Connection with static IP address or willing get a static IP address
(we provide allowance for upgrade to static IP)

Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills
- Must have call center experience - has done calls and chat support
- Flexible in terms of work schedule as this is a 24/7 campaign
- Must be familiar with Zendesk
- Must be a team player and can work with INTEGRITY and HONESTY
