YouTube Thumbnail Creator

I’m wanting to build a powerful YouTube channel. The goal is to publish 400+ new videos on the
channel during 2021. I want to reach at least 1 million YouTube subscribers, ideally closer to 2
million subscribers by the end of 2021.

I need to hire someone who is VERY good at design, and can create AMAZING thumbnails for all of these videos. I also need that person to be good with TubeBuddy, and to constantly be split-
testing the ---------- sentially, this person needs to be constantly making new and better thumbnails, and
constantly replacing the current thumbnails with better-performing ones.

They will be trained and mentored along the way.


Success Criteria:
• This person is trained on TubeBuddy and knows how to split-test videos
• Every video on the channel is being split-tested and constant improvements are being
made.
• The channel increasingly becomes optimal
• We reach 1 million subs before end of 2021.
• Our system continually refines.
• Content keeps getting better.
• Thumbnails and titles keep getting better.
• System is obsessed on and refined.
• Team is having fun.
