JOB OVERVIEW

I am looking for a full time VA - with specific skills in copywriting, customer service, appointment scheduling, and researching/inputting contact information into Excel forms (data scraping). You will be doing a variety of tasks, many of which I will either create tutorials for you or link to other examples for you to learn from. You will be required to write responses/send attachments on your own and get approval.

Excellent verbal/written communication skills in English is REQUIRED
Experience in copywriting responses to customer inquires is recommended
Experience in email marketing recommended
Experience in data scraping is preferred, but not required. These skills can be taught

Pay: TBD, Depending on your level of skill and other people that apply to the job.

You Will Be:

Replying to basic email inbox conversations. This can consist of providing info, sending attached info sheets/invoices/contracts, handling customer service needs, etc.
Scheduling appointments and shows. My goal with each seriously interested prospect is to schedule a phone or Zoom call with them. I'd have you schedule based on availability within my Google calendar. You'll likely schedule my actual engagements too.
Data scraping. To keep my customer pipeline flowing, I'll name markets and geographic regions I'd like to enter. You'd then look up business name, contact name, and email addresses of contacts for that market/region and input them into a Excel sheet.
Social media duties could be added in the future.

There's plenty of room for learning new skills

But it's important that you have clear English writing skills

About me:

I'm a professional magician and autism/disabilities rights advocate based in Louisville, KY, USA. My magic shows and autism advocacy talks used to be in person, now they're virtual and will be for the foreseeable future. While this would be my first VA hire, I have experience with outsourcing graphic design and business strategy tasks (with the latter being the person recommending I hire a VA) and both people can attest to our warm, working relationship, my open mindedness to their input, and how I take their work and put it to good use. I want my relationship w/ any VA I have to be a two way street.
