Customer Happiness for online education company

Hello - thank you for your interest in this role!

We are a growing online education company and we are looking to bring someone on in a dedicated customer happiness role.

Our company helps individuals start and grow their own online retail businesses. We've had many successful students, and we're aiming to help even more in the years to come!

We having a growing amount of customer communication and want to make sure we take the best possible care of all customers.

Primary responsibilities will include:

Responding to inbound customer communication. This comes through as emails, messages on social media channels, comments on our website, comments on our courses, and live chat on our website, ---------- ing HelpScout to facilitate communication.

Update our customer information in our online tools including: Wordpress, Convertkit, WooCommerce, and Teachable.

Managing member requests to company Facebook groups.

Corresponding with customers to obtain feedback and ideas to improve company's products.

Keeping customers happy :)

The primary goal will be to keep customers happy and manage all inbound communication. As time allows there will be additional projects provided. These may include:

Helping with content creation for social media.

Email outreach to help find potential affiliates or sponsors for the website.
Assisting with blog post creation.
Miscellaneous projects from time to time as they come up.
What we're looking for:

Someone who loves solving problems for customers and helps them get the answers they ---------- municates in a clear and friendly manner.

Works in an efficient manner.

Some familiarity with HelpScout and online retail is helpful but not required.

Fluent writing and speaking English.
