COPYWRITER / FUNDRAISER MANAGER to work for emerging and ambitious organisation with a diverse culture

PURPOSE OF JOB
Secure business objectives according to GS strategic growth and Business ---------- velop high potential business partners meeting the needs of business and customers today and in the future. Aim for the wished position of being the preferred business partner for connecting the right people of diversity to enterprises, contributing to create GS financial and successful growth reaching more and more people.

Start date: ASAP
Salary: Php 16,606 per month // £253 per month

MAIN ASSIGNMENT
- Writing and editing various materials for proposals in relation to business impact, collaboratively funded projects, partnerships with organisations, social impact and employability
- Ensure eligibility of proposals
- Research and identify relevant funding sources to apply to
- Generate concepts through mind mapping sessions both individually and with the GS team
- Draft initial correspondence with potential donors and supporters and following up the contact
- Draft funding applications and performance reports;
Conduct market research, including social media
- Research competing solutions and organisations
- Communicate effectively your proposals and solutions to the GS team
- Ensure proposals are completed to deadlines, correctly assessed, reviewed and edited
-Donor relations - nurturing relationships with people who have donated (creation of newsletters, emails to thank them for their support etc.)
-Creating concepts, presentations and ideas for our fundraising events
-Maintain up?to?date filing systems, both manual and electronic as appropriate; a
-Assist with maintaining the fundraising database, ensuring accuracy and consistency across the records;

- Strong written ability in persuasive writing.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Self-motivation and the ability to work well within teams.
- Commercial and sales approach as a way of thinking.
- Good knowledge in building & evaluating fact-based biz cases.
- An early adopter in terms of change, who acts as a change-driver.

PURPOSE OF GENERATION SUCCESS
To assist Generation Success in the development and delivery of Generation Success fundraising objectives. This will include supporting the team with donor relations and funding applications, researching potential opportunities as well as communicating with a wide variety of stakeholders.
