Podcast Producer

I am looking for an assistant to help in the production of my podcast and social media

This assistant will be my partner in building and growing my businesses. The main purpose of hiring the executive assistant will be for them to help me dominate in the realm of productivity.

Your core role will be to help me keep the main thing, the main ---------- liverables include -

Podcast Show Notes:

My podcast is Decoding Superhuman. We release 1 podcast episode per week with very high quality show notes. I want these to be even better. My current assistant dropped the ball here. Overtime, I would like you to produce these show notes on my behalf. Please check out ---------- /podcast for additional information.

Podcast Scheduling:

The podcast goes out 1x per week. I would love for you to schedule these posts on our wordpress site and also schedule the podcast on Acast for release.

Social Media:

I have a Instagram, LinkedIn account which require active posting. You will get access to my photos, prompt me for the captions, and schedule the posts using later.

Shopping:

On occasion, I may ask you to buy something for me, my fiancee, or my family. You may need to buy gifts for special occassions, etc. You will have access to my credit card for ---------- lendar Management:

You will be responsible for confirming appointments, booking appointments, and making sure I am prepared for appointments (usually asking questions).

Personal Assistance:

On occasion, I may need you to order me coffee beans, books, or get something personal done for me. It comes with the territory and job necessary to help me be more productive.

Expense Management:

I hate this. You will be responsible for logging into my Google Photos and pairing the receipt with the expenses and making sure it is categorized properly.

BONUS Social Media:

I need to be reminded to post every day on Instagram and LinkedIn and Facebook. You will help select photos, relevant articles, and potentially research hashtags to schedule social media. We will use Sked for ---------- munication Workflow:

- We will speak daily through Slack and weekly via a Video Call. To start, we can do more of these calls.

- There will be a playbook. Plays are the same things as process descriptions for me. You can use this playbook to help guide you in delivering something which is up to expectations. You will also help in the creation of new plays.

- You, along with select few others, will have access to my personal cell phone. If you need me, you can call me.

Who I'm looking for:

Someone who is fun, proactive, and an excellent communicator. All of these are extremely important. I would like you actively looking for ways to help me focus more. If you write well and can speak well, this is a bonus. You will be answering emails at times on my behalf. You will also be reaching out to people on my behalf. You will be helping me prioritize. All of these are crucial in the future success of my business.
