Virtual Assistant - Social Media Manager/Shopify Manager/Customer Service/

Hello we are 123 Baby Box. 123 Baby Box ( ---------- ) is a monthly subscription box for babies aged 1 to 3. Each box comes with products tailored to the baby’s age and developmental stage. There’s even some fun goodies for mom too! We are based in California, United States of America.

We are looking for a virtual assistant that can operate our social media accounts, manage influencer campaigns, email support, and update customer’s info on Shopify’s dashboard.

You must have a minimum of 1 year experience in digital marketing specifically in: social media management (Instagram and Youtube) influencer management, and email management (customer support emails). Shopify knowledge as well.
