Currently, we are in the phase in building our PH core team that will help us with our vision and grow the business.

What you will be doing:

-grow the base of publishers from scratch;
-actively recruit and diversify the portfolio of publishers to meet and exceed the sales targets;
-build and maintain trusting relationships with existing publishers and negotiate commercial terms on a daily basis;
-be able to match our offers with publishers’ business needs and suggest ways to increase ROI for both parties;
-communicate effectively with internal and external parties and liaise with headquarters on a regular basis;
-track performance, identify fraud, adjust individual offers instantly and vigorously; be always in the know of the trends, opportunities and competitors activity and use those insights in daily work.
-Ad-hoc assignments from Senior Management.

What you bring to the table:

-Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or any business related course.
-At least 10 years of experience in the related field
-At least 2 years in a managerial role
-Preferably having experience working in B2C loans business
-Has extensive knowledge in online marketing models (CPA, CPC, CPM, etc.)
-Experienced in managing a portfolio of affiliates/publishers from a b2c loans segment
-Having own diversified portfolio would be a plus
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills
-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
-Energetic, tenacious self-starter with the ability to remain resourceful while working in a fast-paced environment
-Has Internet connection with at least 5mbps plan or higher (Must be DSL or Fiber)
-Must be willing to work in Makati/BGC
