Virtual Assistant, social media creator/manager and tech

This role requires a few skills as I have a few companies.

Tasks
Manage the ENTIRE social media ad creation and strategy, ensuring we have high ticket sales for our next show. Content creation, ad creation, analytic management, headline writing, event promotion, data entry/ ---------- tweaking for facebook, Instagram, linked in, tiktok, clubhouse and general SEO.

Outreach for journalists, adding them to my linked in, looking up their past stories and creating highly personalized emails to them (with absolutely no grammar mistakes) to get them to join

Manage all the free tickets and follow ups for all of the ones we comp to get feedback on the show

During the show (7:30 PM) NYC time you'll also be a co-host, running all the technology and ensuring the live stream runs smoothly and help our team trouble shoot

You'll be the customer support person via email, responding to any requests or issues

You will manage the ticketing engine for the shows

You'll check on the finances and makes sure we are getting paid in a timely way

You'll project manage the moderators for the shows, prepping them, making sure they have everything they need to run their show (later date)

Success will be measured by number of tickets sold.

As a first task, you'll help me organize my files and our approach to PR, so the first 1-2 weeks will be more virtual assistant in nature, with VA work to continue for me (and sometimes my husband and/or my business partner )throughout the weeks.
