Customer Service Manager

We run an ecommerce website focused on doors. We are looking for a customer service manager to answer customer phone calls. Customers call with questions about our products and to place orders. After this customer service manager learns how to answer the phone, we hope he or she will help to recruit, train, and manage a team of customer service professionals to answer calls.
