Graphic Design and Animation Specialist

We are looking for an experienced Graphic Designer and Video Animation Specialist (Creative Specialist) who can support design and video editing requests. This position will report to our Team Support Specialist.

Working hours

1:00 PM CT - 9:00 PM CT (Central United States) Monday - Friday

Type Of Employment: Full time
Pay: Hourly, 40 hours per week
Range: $5 to $8 USD Hourly

Start date: Immediately

Responsibilities

Design

Design and edit infographics (using Adobe Illustrator).
Design and edit storyboards and prepare storyboards for animation (using Adobe Illustrator).
Design and edit sales collateral and white papers (using Adobe InDesign) 
Design PowerPoint presentations and create themes
Create web mockups (using AdobeXD) 
Use and build design asset libraries for the agency.

Video

Animate basic, flat-style vector graphics and iconography (using Adobe After Effects)
Edit videos in post-production including footage editing (trim, transitions, clips), color correction, subtitles, overlays, lower thirds, animations, motion graphics, sound effects, intros/outros. 
The technical ability to export video according to various publishing guidelines for video quality, file size, audio range, etc.

Other

Comply with brand guidelines for font, color, and style.
Follow project management guidelines 
Be online in slack during working hours 

Requirements 

Stable internet connection
At least Core i5 processor, 8GB RAM desktop/laptop
Adobe Creative Suite 
3+ years professional experience 

Technical / Software Requirements

3+ years Adobe Illustrator – Strong ability to create simple, sleek vector illustrations.
2+ years Adobe After Effects – Deep knowledge of animation best practices.
2+ yearsAdobe Premiere – Know the fundamentals of video editing.
1+ years Adobe Audition – Ability to slightly tweak audio files if and when necessary.
2+ years Adobe Photoshop – Proficient in image editing, color correcting, and resizing.
