Modify a complicated web site (htlm 5)

Hi, i'm looking for someone who will be able to finish my web site. I'm looking for a webmaster, programmer, who is very good with HTLM 5 and graphic design. The web site is half way done, I'm looking for a long term partnership. Somebody I can trust and will be there for a long time to support the site.
